About the PC³ project

The active development of platform and ecosystem solutions creates the prerequisites for the practical implementation of the idea of creating a space of opportunities for a new format of socio-economic relations, where anyone can use and develop their competencies together with the best partners, achieve the most cost-effective and socially significant results, without needing to raise initial financial resources, and with the assurance that their rights to the outcomes of their work will be protected.

Platform for Core Competencies Co-investment (PC³) is an open infrastructure platform solution designed to create an eco-space of opportunities for a new format of social-economic relations across a wide range of professional communications:

• Business to Business (B2B)
• Business to Government (B2G)
• Business to Society (B2S)

PC³ serves as a link between project initiators and participants — holders of core competencies. The composition of participants is formed in such a way as to ensure the maximum efficiency of each project. Participation is motivated by shares in the project, the size of which corresponds to the significance of the work performed, and the value of which changes as the project progresses. An additional motivation for participants is public recognition of their social contribution to maintaining investment activity in the national economy and international cooperation, through the implementation and enhancement of their own core competencies.
