Core competencies are competencies that have a decisive impact on the activities of a participant in socio-economic relations and provide them with a competitive advantage over other participants in the analyzed area of activity. Example 1: Possession of a technology for manufacturing a certain class of products in certain volumes that is ahead of competitors. Example 2: Possession of a unique idea that will create a business with a strong, sustainable competitive position. Example 3: Unique tools for promoting an initiative through dealer networks/specific distribution channels.
