Discussion of PC³ Development Plans for the Indian Market

From October 21 to 30, A.Y. Podchufarov, Scientific Supervisor of the student project “Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment”, visited the Republic of India. The outcomes of negotiations with the Indian side and plans for further work on the development of PC³ were reviewed during a meeting with A.L. Rybas, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India, Professor at HSE University, and Curator of the “International Cooperation and GR” area of the PC³ student project.

The Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment is open to international cooperation and assumes that projects implemented on it involve holders of core competencies not only from Russia. In the current geopolitical context, friendly countries, such as the BRICS nations, are being considered as priority partners.

India has long been a reliable partner of our country, and there is already significant experience of cooperation and the implementation of large‑scale projects in petrochemicals, agriculture, and metallurgy.

The discussion covered issues of interaction and prospects for cooperation with government agencies, universities, and enterprises in India across various industries. The outcomes of the meeting confirmed the relevance of the program of activities aimed at the joint development of PC³ with representatives of BRICS countries, as well as the expediency of deepening coordination with the executive authorities of the participating states.
