On December 13, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation between A.Y. Podchufarov and A.N. Galkina, faculty members of the Joint Department with the Foreign Trade Association “Avtopromimport” of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs at HSE University, and V.S. Osmakov, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and A.V. Matushansky, Director of the Department for Strategic Development and Corporate Policy. The meeting discussed the prospects for using and the potential positive impact of PC³ services on the activities of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the areas of state, regional, and sectoral industrial policy, foreign economic relations, and the development and implementation of advanced technologies.

A presentation on PC³ was delivered, focusing on the platform’s algorithms, forecasts of the impact of PC³ development on national economic indicators, and the experience of implementing pilot projects. During the meeting, V.S. Osmakov and A.V. Matushansky paid particular attention to discussing the non-financial interaction approach developed by PC³ in the context of co‑investment of core competencies, and noted the significance of the practical experience gained from using PC³ in pilot projects. Particular interest was expressed in the pilot project on the development of rotary steerable systems for directional and horizontal drilling, as the representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation were directly familiar with the specifics of this area.

Following the meeting, a decision was made on further steps to develop cooperation between the PC³ development team and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, including the placement of information about PC³ services on the resources of the State Information System for Industry (SIIS).
