As part of the ongoing efforts to expand areas of cooperation related to PC³, a meeting was held with representatives of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Institute of Demography and Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. The meeting specifically highlighted the broad opportunities for applying PC³ in the field of education.

During the meeting, representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan identified current areas of cooperation and noted the high potential of utilizing PC³’s functionality for implementing projects involving enterprises in the scientific and engineering sectors.

Particular attention was paid to discussing the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment as an open infrastructure solution for organizing and implementing projects without initial financing, which can significantly enhance domestic industrial production and foreign economic interaction with the Russian Federation and the EAEU countries.

Additionally, the parties discussed ways to utilize PC³ in the educational sphere. It was noted that in the academic domain, PC³ can facilitate the development of inter‑university collaboration and interdisciplinary cooperation, as well as the formation of project teams with the involvement of industrial partners. The approaches to non‑financial co‑investment and core competency management, defined by an open model for developing a methodology for cross‑system and interdisciplinary collaboration, enable the creation of promising joint educational initiatives.
