Discussion on the Prospects of Using PC³ Held at the Moscow Government

On October, 9th, a meeting was held with S.E. Cheremin, Minister of the Moscow Government, to discuss areas of cooperation regarding the use of PC³ as a tool for developing foreign economic cooperation among Moscow-based enterprises.

Sergey Evgenievich Cheremin heads the Department for Foreign Economic and International Relations of the Moscow Government. The Department’s key areas of activity include the development and implementation of policy in the field of attracting foreign investment to the city of Moscow, maintaining international and foreign economic relations, upholding Moscow’s international credit rating, managing the city’s international congress and exhibition activities, developing Moscow as an international financial center, and supporting compatriots abroad.

During the discussion, it was noted that PC³, as an open infrastructure solution for organizing and supporting projects in a non-financial co-investment format, holds significant potential to facilitate an increase in the number of joint projects between Moscow enterprises and foreign partners, to boost trade turnover in high-tech industries, and to foster growth in mutual direct investment.
