Employees of the Joint Department with the Foreign Trade Association “Avtopromimport” Take Part in the 10th Smart Cities India Expo 2025 in New Delhi

One of the world’s largest 2025 exhibitions in the field of digital technologies and urban innovation, Smart Cities India Expo, brought together over 1,200 exhibitors and 350 startups over three days, showcasing their cutting-edge developments to more than 55,000 visitors.

During the event, meetings and negotiations were held aimed at developing cooperation between the Joint Department with the Foreign Trade Association “Avtopromimport” — International Competitiveness and its partners with exhibition participants in the areas of developing and implementing digital twins of socio-economic entities and utilizing the services of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment (PC³), including the results of the student stage of the PC³ project. As a result of a meeting with Sergey Cheremin, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Department for Foreign Economic and International Relations, agreements were reached on further joint work in the department’s areas of specialization.

The achievements of the Joint Department with the Foreign Trade Association “Avtopromimport” in the field of digital twins, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the results of integrating PC³ into the educational process at HSE University generated interest among a wide range of Smart Cities India Expo participants in developing further cooperation with HSE University and its departments.
