First Meeting of the New Stage of the Student Project for the Development of PC³ in the 2025–2026 Academic Year

The first meeting of the participants of the student project “Development of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment (PC³) in Interaction with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Rostec State Corporation, and Rosatom State Corporation 2025–2026” was held. The participants were introduced to the project’s main objectives, related to the promotion of the Platform itself and the refinement of algorithms for initiatives coming to PC³, the Platform’s operational features, and preliminary tasks across various areas of work. In addition to new participants, the project also includes students who have been working with the Platform for several years.

In the new academic year, the student project for the Development of PC³ has formed seven teams across the following areas: Strategic and Innovation Development, International Cooperation and GR, Market Analytics (Marketing), Project Management, Legal Regulation, Business Analytics and Financial Modeling, and Data Science and Recommendation Systems. Throughout their work, participants will develop not only skills within their specific specialization but also interdisciplinary collaboration skills and experience working in mixed teams.

A significant role in helping new students adapt is played not only by the project curators but also by returning participants. For instance, at the meeting, Evgeny Smirnov (Business Analytics and Financial Modeling) and Yulia Voskoboynik (Legal Regulation) expressed their readiness to answer questions and their hope for active collaboration.

The PC³ project in the 2025–2026 academic year is aimed at the further development of the Platform and its scaling to handle a flow of incoming initiatives (projects). We wish all participants every success in their work!
