First PC³ Strategic Session ’22–23: Results of the First Stage of Work

On January 26, the first strategic session of the PC³ student project took place, during which participants from all areas of the 2022–23 project intake presented and discussed the results of the first three months of work on the project. The materials presented received high praise from both project colleagues and curators.

At the end of January, participants delivered presentations they had prepared, in which they reflected their vision of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment as an eco‑space and shared the results of their activities since the start of the project. The online event was attended by the area curators, under whose guidance the participants had worked over the past three months. During this time, the team managed to accomplish a considerable number of tasks across eight main areas of work. In particular, the IT architecture for a version of the website designed to interact with the platform was designed and implemented, a financial and economic model for the initial assessment of a new pilot project was developed along with the identification of core competencies for it, and presentation materials for the government sector were prepared. Internal and external communications also received due attention: the “Project Management” participants introduced Asana as a tool for convenient and efficient team collaboration and task allocation, while the “PR & Media” subgroup launched an additional recruitment drive for the PC³ Press Center. The conference concluded with comments on the results of the work accomplished and a summary of the goals and objectives for the second stage of the project.

It should be noted that the strategic session is held twice a year within PC³: it not only allows for a thorough summarization of all completed tasks but also ensures that the various teams remain interconnected.
