First Results of the PC³ Pilot Project on Creating a Cluster of Advanced Energy Technologies

On May 5, a preliminary discussion was held on the materials prepared by the PC³ project subgroups for the cluster of advanced energy technologies. Presentations were delivered by representatives of marketing, legal regulation, business analytics and financial modeling, and project management. During the discussion, the members of the “Project Management” subgroup summarized the task allocation among the project subgroups. The marketing team examined the specifics of the technologies involved in the project, including SMNPPs, hydrogen energy, and ammonia, and analyzed possible options for the cluster’s territorial location. The legal team presented their vision for the implementation and advantages of the digital financial assets mechanism for the pilot project. The business analytics team presented a preliminary version of the project’s efficiency assessment. The next tasks for the participants include refining the project’s financial and economic model, selecting a territorial location, and determining the composition of core competency holders for participation in the cluster.
