HSE University Launches Enrollment for the Student Project Work “Development of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment (PC³) in Interaction with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Rostec State Corporation, and Rosatom State Corporation 2025–2026”

We invite you to take part in the student project “Development of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment (PC³) in Interaction with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Rostec State Corporation, and Rosatom State Corporation 2025–2026” in the new academic year! The PC³ student project has been implemented at HSE University jointly with IRP Technology for six years, under the guidance of leading academics and industry practitioners.

The project’s goal is the further development of the student project “Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment” (PC³), as well as the development and implementation of pilot projects (initiatives). The work is carried out across 12 areas:
