HSE University Students Present the PC³ Concept Prototype

At a strategic session held to review the results of the first stage of the interdisciplinary student project “Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment in Interaction with Rostec State Corporation and Rosatom State Corporation,” implemented by HSE University and IRP Technology, the participants presented the initial results of their work. The project participants had undergone a rigorous selection process and demonstrated a high level of knowledge on the platform’s subject matter, as well as a strong sense of responsibility in preparing their materials.

One of the methodologies used to present the tasks and areas of responsibility of the initiative subgroups — covering international cooperation and GR, strategic and innovation development, positioning and promotion, project management, business process design, legal regulation, applied psychology, Data Science and recommendation systems, business analytics and financial modeling, PR and media — was the MCC model (competitiveness assessment model based on the Matrix of Core Competencies).

Despite the online format of both the project work and the strategic session, a productive workflow was successfully organized. At this stage, the launch and ongoing operation of the platform are planned to be carried out remotely; however, this will not affect its efficiency. A form is already being prepared, which, once completed, will allow anyone to become a participant in the project on PC³, offering their experience, knowledge, and business ideas, and implementing them with the support of the competencies of other participants.
