Initial Work Completed on Document Templates for the “Project Management” and “Legal Regulation” Areas of the PC³ Student Stage

As part of the work on pilot projects and the further development of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment, representatives of the “Project Management” area of the PC³ student project are developing templates for documents such as the initiative proposal, the preliminary initiative analysis project charter, and the initiative implementation project charter, and are compiling master work tracking schedules based on the principles of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Representatives of the “Legal Regulation” area are working on issues of non‑financial interaction and the specifics of implementing digital rights instruments, including forms of tokenization agreements and decisions on the issuance of digital rights.

Active work is also underway on the development of algorithms and templates for other areas, including “Business Analytics and Financial Modeling.” At the current stage, the developments are being applied in a new pilot project focused on interactive Kanban boards.
