IRP Technology Competitiveness Management Algorithms Presented at Rosatom State Corporation Seminar “Digital Twins of Nuclear Facilities: Current Experience and Challenging Issues”

On August 29, a seminar on the topical subject “Digital Twins of Nuclear Facilities: Current Experience and Challenging Issues” was held at VNIIAES JSC (Rosatom State Corporation). The event was attended by representatives of various Rosatom State Corporation organizations involved in the development of digital twins.

Among the presentations were materials by the Head of the Joint Department with the Foreign Trade Association “Avtopromimport”, Doctor of Technical Sciences A.Y. Podchufarov, on the topic “Digital Twins for Improving the Efficiency of Nuclear Facility Management,” which received support from the event participants. The seminar was also attended by department staff members A.N. Galkina and S.S. Vanina.

The seminar served as a platform for the exchange of experience and developments in the field of digital twins for complex facilities among over 10 Rosatom State Corporation organizations. The discussion covered important aspects of the field’s development, including current results of digital twin projects, the experience of their creation and application by individual organizations, and prospects and possible approaches to using digital twins to improve the efficiency of development and management of nuclear facilities.
