IRP Technology Presents PC³ Experience and Functionality at the EEC Roundtable on Industrial Cooperation Development within the EAEU

On July 1, the headquarters of the Eurasian Economic Commission hosted a roundtable on “The Use of Digital Platforms for the Development of Industrial Cooperation within the EAEU“, attended by representatives of digital platforms, electronic trading platforms, B2B platforms, industrial industry associations, and other organizations interested in the development of industrial cooperation at the supranational level. During the event, IRP Technology delivered a report on non‑financial co‑investment tools and the experience of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment (PC³), and outlined plans for using PC³ to facilitate the development of industrial cooperation among enterprises of the EAEU member states.

The report examined three basic approaches to organizing investment projects, as well as the methodological foundations of PC³, including the MCC‑approach and the principles of cross‑system interaction. PC³ was presented as an open infrastructure solution enabling the organization and implementation of projects based on the non‑financial co‑investment of core competencies. Participants were offered practical ways to engage with the Platform: submitting initiatives and registering core competencies, participating in ongoing projects as competency holders, developing employee skills in non‑financial co‑investment through educational programs, and partnership collaboration with PC³ on key tasks.

The roundtable, organized by the EEC Department of Industrial Policy, brought together over 60 experts from EAEU member states. Participants discussed global experience in creating digital platforms for industrial cooperation, issues related to a unified industrial communication protocol, and the architecture of an end‑to‑end digital platform for industry. Special attention was paid to achieving technological sovereignty and the role of digital platforms in strengthening cooperative ties between economic entities of the Union’s member states, including small and medium‑sized enterprises. The presented report generated interest among the participants and received positive feedback.
