On September 9–10, 2026, the INNOPROM India exhibition was held in New Delhi, bringing together representatives of Russian and Indian business, government bodies, and industry associations. The exhibition agenda covered industrial cooperation, technological collaboration, and the implementation of joint projects, making the platform a significant instrument for advancing bilateral economic ties.
IRP Technology, the operator of the Platform for Core Competencies Co-investment (PC³), took part in the events. PC³ is an open infrastructure solution for organizing and implementing projects without initial financing. The Platform has been recommended for use and joint development with Indian partners by the Working Group on Modernization and Industrial Cooperation of the India-Russia Intergovernmental Commission, and is also included in the EEC register of national digital platforms for cooperation, subcontracting, and technology transfer.
During the exhibition, negotiations were held with Indian companies and government organizations, as well as with Russian enterprises — both independently and with the participation of representatives of the EEC, the Moscow Government, the Russian Export Center, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. The parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in the telecommunications and digital sectors, logistics, industrial production, and high-tech materials. The meetings resulted in identifying further steps to develop cooperation and implement initiatives on PC³ in the markets of Russia, India, and third countries, with priority given to the EAEU and BRICS states.
