IRP Technology Representatives Take Part in the 5th All‑Russian Scientific and Practical Conference of Sevastopol State University

The potential positive impact of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment (PC³) was presented in the report “The Impact of Government Policy in the Field of Platform Solutions on the Development of the Business Environment” at the plenary session of the 5th All‑Russian Scientific and Practical Conference of Students, Postgraduates, and Young Researchers “Effective State and Municipal Administration as a Factor in the Socio‑Economic Development of Territories,” held on November 14–15, 2024.

During the conference, organized by Sevastopol State University and the Sevastopol Economic and Humanities Institute (branch) of V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University, research results were presented in areas such as the program‑project approach in state and municipal administration, the implementation of national projects of the Russian Federation, and the specifics of strategy as a tool of public governance. The report by the department team (A.Y. Podchufarov, A.L. Rybas, A.N. Galkina, S.S. Vanina, and I.A. Auster) on “The Impact of Government Policy in the Field of Platform Solutions on the Development of the Business Environment” is dedicated to one of the areas of government policy that, in the authors’ view, deserves close attention. The aim of the study was to assess the impact of platform solutions on the development of business environment infrastructure and to substantiate basic approaches to regulating the development and implementation of platform solutions.
