IRP Technology Together with HSE University Launches the PC³ Project in Interaction with Rostec State Corporation and Rosatom State Corporation

At HSE University there was launched a student project stage to develop an innovative ecospace solution – the “Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment” (PC³). The project is aimed at creating an international space for a new format of socio-economic relations, where everyone will be able to use and develop their competencies together with the best partners to achieve economically efficient and socially significant results, without having to worry about securing financial resources.

The project is carried out by an interdisciplinary team comprising the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, the Faculty of Economic Sciences, the Faculty of Computer Science, and the Faculty of Social Sciences at HSE University. Over 80 participants, guided by curators — leading academics and industry practitioners — are working across the following areas: international cooperation and GR, strategic and innovation development, positioning and promotion, project management, business process design, IT architecture and software solutions, legal regulation, applied psychology, Data Science and recommendation systems, business analytics and financial modeling, PR and media, and security.
