PC³ Presented as a Tool for Supporting Development Projects at the Rostec Academy Lecture Series

On February 18, 2026, a webinar on the topic “Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment – a Tool for Supporting Development Projects (SIIS, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation)” was held as part of the Rostec Academy Lecture Series.

Ensuring the competitiveness of industrial enterprises requires the implementation of a large number of investment projects. The attraction of necessary resources is increasingly carried out through mechanisms of risk‑distributed investment and flexible vertical cooperation, which are based on non‑financial co‑investment. Non‑financial co‑investment also makes it possible to increase the economic efficiency of development projects, enhance internal employee motivation, and significantly expand opportunities for cross‑sectoral and international cooperation.

A promising tool for organizing non‑financial co‑investment is the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment (PC³), developed by IRP Technology in interaction with Rostec State Corporation and Rosatom State Corporation, and featured on the State Information System for Industry (SIIS) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Webinar participants learned about and discussed the advantages and limitations of non‑financial co‑investment, the capabilities and functionality of PC³, the experience of implementing projects with the participation of enterprises from Rostec State Corporation and Rosatom State Corporation, the requirements for project participants on PC³, the special conditions for working with PC³ on the SIIS of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as educational programs on non‑financial co‑investment, core competency management, and industrial enterprise competitiveness.

The Rostec Academy Lecture Series is a free educational ecosystem created within the framework of the Digital Competence Development Center of the Corporate Network Academy (Autonomous Non‑profit Organization).
