Principles and Functionality of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment Discussed at the 14th Forum on Digitalization of the Russian Defense‑Industrial Complex “ITOPK‑2025”

The ITOPK‑2025 Forum (the 14th Forum on Digitalization of the Russian Defense‑Industrial Complex) provides participants with extensive opportunities to discuss current issues of digitalization of the Russian defense‑industrial complex under sanctions pressure.

As part of the report “Experience in Implementing Interdisciplinary and Inter‑University Collaboration for Adaptation to Modern Integration Processes,” the principles and functionality of the Platform for Core Competencies Co‑investment were presented. PC³ can be used not only as a tool for supporting industry, but also as a tool for organizing interdisciplinary and inter‑university collaboration. The materials from this report complemented the areas discussed at the Forum, including the organization of network interaction between universities, the development of cooperation with industrial partners, and the further improvement of educational standards.

The Forum was attended by representatives of leading universities, integrated structures and individual defense‑industrial enterprises, as well as representatives of various Ministries.
